Candidate should know:
Semi-automatic and gas source;
Must know types of defects in welding seams, their prevention, elimination methods, and mechanical properties of welded metals;
He should be able to correctly choose the types of electrodes and the technological sequence of placing stitches
Must know the rules of use of fire extinguishers, reducers, cylinders, designation of control-measuring devices, and application conditions
Position instructions:
Determine the parts to be welded.
Check welding equipment.
Check the operation of the electric welding machine, and prepare it for operation.
Check the operation of the wiring harness and the electrode holder.
Choosing an electrode suitable for the thickness and composition of the metal.
Selecting the current intensity according to the selected electrode.
Attaching the electrode to the electrode holder.
To get the dimensions of parts, pipes, and details to be welded.
Prepare parts to be welded depending on thickness, diameter, and material. Welding with a mirror in flat, horizontal, vertical, bumpy, or overhead positions. Repair additional welds and scraps using hand tools or machines (hammer, lagunda, crowbar).
Welding pipes, flange joints, impulse lines, drawers, cut parts, and other necessary equipment with a welding rod.
Repair damaged parts according to the procedure.
Carrying out welding works during installation and dismantling of aggregates and structures with the help of cranes.
Detecting damaged and broken places during the installation process and eliminating them by means of welding.
Cleaning the welded area.
To carry out the tasks and instructions of the head of the workshop.
Properly participate in the listing of all faults and deficiencies for the defect chart.
To properly participate in the investigation of accidents and incidents.

To carry out the technical inspection of subordinated equipment.
To control that the tools and resources in use are in good condition.
To participate in events related to the improvement of the site.
To observe the norms and rules of labor protection, safety equipment, sanitation, and fire protection.
Working conditions:
Working hours are from 09.00 to 18.00
1 day off per week
Lunch is provided at the expense of the company.
Note: Candidates who do not have work experience as a welder (especially those who have completed vocational training in this field) can go through a 1-3 month paid training-practice program in our company and acquire the necessary knowledge. Candidates who successfully complete the program are provided with suitable working conditions.
